Re-try Installation

Type – CD C:\windows\system32\oobe and then hit- Enter

Type – msoobe and hit- Enter

Here you will see a wizard for windows account creation on your screen.

Follow the instructions shown on your screen to create a general user account and next you need to reboot the system.

Delete files from the directory – SoftwareDistribution

Press – Win + X. From the list Select – Choose Command Prompt Admin)

After the Command Prompt starts, enter and run the command shown below:

net stop wuauserv

net stop bits

Minimize the Command Prompt. Now head to C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution directory and simply delete all files in the directory.

Once all the files are deleted, return to – Command Prompt and then run the commands:

net start wuauserv

net start bits

Restart PC and check if the issue is fixed.

Check Your Memory

Another reason for error 0x80070570 can be the RAM. In case you are facing this issue then ensure you check your RAM

To check your RAM use Memtest86+ tool. You need to scan some memory modules to find out the module that is not functioning properly. Once you find the module which is creating issues, just replace it.
